The heavily awarded European company has graciously sampled two top of the line graphic cards to the Canadian TweakTown labs for a full analysis and in-depth review.

A plethora of companies are presently marketing their own platforms of licensed ATi Radeon graphic technologies, but very few are making a true mark in the industry innovating the competition and igniting the future of the PC's visual performance. For this article we're specifically dealing with the HIS super-cooled Excalibur 9800 Pro IceQ, and their very recent Excalibur 9600XT; one of them being accompanied by their most technically-advanced VPU cooling solution and the other being an overclocked midstream video card.
