By: (more) | Posted: Aug 27, 2008 7:11 am

Our friends over at Thermaltake have uploaded a video to YouTube showcasing its upcoming BigTyp14 Pro CPU cooler, which is due out next month.

It is based on an improved design of the older BigTyp 120VX CPU cooler with an incredibly large 140mm fan smacked on top of it. On the low fan speed setting, it only generates 16dBA and that pretty much means that it is really, really quiet.

Yes it comes with a 14cm fan! The new cpu cooler, BigTyp14 Pro from Thermaltake, is a new high performance generation of the famous BigTyp family. With numerous recommendations and awards crowning, all top PC gamers from around the world are familiar with this best selling BigTyp 120VX cpu cooler, and the new BigTyp14 Pro had kept all those well-liked designs with new upgraded features for your upgraded systems! And now, you can watch the video preview from Thermaltake on Youtube!

You'll not only be able to check out the new robotic exciting appearance from the preview, but also most of the key features of BigTyp14 Pro! The innovative stream shape fan cover design is not only eye-catching, but it can also greatly speed up the air circulation for delivering excellent cooling performance. 6 copper heatpipes as the signature feature of the BigTyp family effectively transfers heat conducted by the mirror coating copper base to the fine combination of fins and fan at the top for heat dissipation process. Other than the excellent performance delivered by the perfect structural design and the 14cm VR™ fan control optimizing internal air flow, BigTyp14 Pro is surprisingly quiet. Noise output at low fan speed reaching down to 16dBA only! If you were one of the BigTyp fans, or if your need one strong air cooler managing all types of your extreme overclocking works and wishing for it to be as quiet as possible at the same time...You definitely have to check this new BigTyp14 Pro from Thermaltake again! You will love it!

We look forward to getting one in later next month for a full review but for now take a look at the video above to get you started.
