By: (more) | Posted: Sep 4, 2008 1:27 am

The lads over at ChileHardware have gotten a hold of the latest AMD Roadmap looking into Q4'08 and early next year.

What's particularly interesting to note is the mention of AMD Ultra-Value Client (UVC) which is said to become a competitor with VIA's Nano and Intel's Atom, set for direct OEM release in November.

If you look a little further on into the horizon, we see Deneb's launch date of January 8 next year with mention of two 45nm Phenom X4 models to kick it off; a 3.0GHz and 2.8GHz offering.

Thanks goes to the guys at ChileHardware for the insight.
