ASUS now making 'Dark Knight' graphics cards

By: (more) | Video Cards News | Posted: Sep 24, 2008 7:38 am

It's become evident that ASUS is a big fan of the new Batman movie; Dark Knight. So much so, they've chosen to start making 'Dark Knight' graphics cards.

The cooler is of dual-slot design sporting four heat-pipes with an open fan arrangement and a mass of aluminum fins. However, it's a little weird that there's not really any characteristics of the design that links it to Batman in any way.

ASUS are first planning to introduce this cooler to a GeForce 9800 GTX+ card with a blue PCB, running stock clockspeeds of 738MHz on the GPU, 1836MHz shader and 2200MHz on the 512MB of GDDR3. Pricing hasn't yet been disclosed.
