Warner Brothers Home Entertainment in the United States have announced, via DVDactive, The Dark Knight Blu-ray and DVD releases, featuring the best cover art I have seen in some time.

Being released just shy of Christmas '08, on December 9th, the two disc Blu-ray and DVD sets will no doubt sell like proverbial hotcakes. Whilst Warner Home Entertainment in Australia have yet to officially announce any release, it is quite telling that they have announced a re-release of the original four Batman titles (1989-1997) for release on December 17th.
