LaCie designs Currenkey USB Flash 'coins'

LaCie, apart from being reknowned for their high quality storage based products are also very good at bringing something different to the market.

 

This also holds true in the saturated flash drive market with the release of their new CurrenKey flash drive series.

As you can see above, two capacities are on offer, the 4GB (bronze) and 8GB (silver). Dimensions come in at 36 x 9mm and the internals are protected by a shock-proof die-cast casing.

 

In case you're wondering where the USB connector is, you can expose it simply by twisting the outer casing.
