Microsoft adds Fix It button to Support Site

I found something interesting over at CNet while picking out news. It seems that Microsoft is trying to make its online help and support site better.

 

To do this they have added in a new "Fix It" button at the bottom of certain knowledge base pages (about 100 KB articles currently). The Fix It button performs all of the steps listed in the most common fix for the problem.

 

This handy little option should help many novice users to correct simple problems on their own.
