AMD cut the X3 8750 chip down my a whopping 26%, bringing it to the sub-$100 market and the Phenom II X4 940 is now just below $200. This gives the three new processors a price point to fit in at, with the quad-core 3.0GHz X4 945 coming in as the new flagship.

Keep your eye out and you might just be able to get your the new flagship before others do. Some places jumped the gun and put the Phenom II X4 955 up for sale just before AMD decided to push back the April 20 launch date and there have been a few in Japan that have their hands on the new processor. There are also a few places in Europe that have the chip listed on the web.
