Inno3D has first single PCB GTX 295

By: (more) | Posted: May 12, 2009 4:20 pm

Something cool is coming to the GPU world. The first single PCB GTX 295.
Inno3D has managed to create one of these and it looks rather impressive.

The card has two GT200 GPUs on it and with an NF200 supplying the SLI bridge and two NVIO2 ships. Each GPU will have acess to 896MB of RAM to feed its graphics needs.

Cooling looks impressive with each GPU having its own heatsink and the main cooling fan in the center (like the old 7900s). The New Single PCB GTX295 should start shipping but no word on how much it will cost you when it does.

Having the honor of being the strongest 3D gaming graphics card, GeForce GTX295 features two 55nm GT200 chips, 1792MB (896*2) GDDR3 memory, 896-bit (448*2) memory interface, 289W TDP, 1.4 billion*2 transistors, 240*2 stream processors, 80*2 Texture Map Units, 28*2 ROPs, and core/shader/memory clock of 576/1242/1998MHz. The single-PCB GTX295 keeps the same specs as before.
