Leadtek doesn't want to miss out on their slice of the single-PCB GTX 295 pie and have announced the details of their version of the card.

The Leadtex WinFast GTX 295 seems to be a strictly reference design with their own graphics on the dual-slot cooler. As with all the GTX 295 cards, the Leadtek will feature dual 55nm GT200 GPUs, 1792MB of GDDR3, Quad SLI support and dual DVI outputs.

Clock speeds seem to be reference as well. The core will be set to 576MHz, shaders to 1242MHz, and memory at 2016MHz. Availability wasn't mentioned but the card shoudl cost around 399 Euro when available.
