nVidia Claims 100+ Design wins for 200M
In the CPU world the race is to 32nm and in the GPU world the race is to get 40nm working and into the market. ATi has gotten their 40nm silicon working and in the hands of consumers.
nVidia has been talking a good game and has even launched their very own mobile 40nm GPUs (with DX10.1), but is anyone buying them?
According to Fudzilla, the green machine has over 100 designs that are going to use their 40nm GeForce 200M GPU. Of course only a handful of manufactures have made any announcements about the new mobile GPU, but we are sure others are out there waiting to break the news.

Apparently Nvidia finally realized that ATI was right all along, and that DirectX 10.1 is the way to go. Naturally, when the company gets ready, it will launch its DirectX 11 mobile parts, but this won't happen before sometimes in 2010, probably nine months or a year from now.
Nvidia promises that many notebook manufacturers still have to officially announce these chips and claims that more than a hundred manufactures will launch systems powered by Geforce 200M 40nm chips.
