Phenom II OC'd to 6095.48MHz on ASRock 785G board
Comment | Print | Email to a Friend | Font Size: AAASRock has managed to get in the record books for the highest known OC of the Phenom II X4 965. This was achieved on the ASRock M3A785GXH/128M.
The record OC is being shown on ripping.org. The Overclocker in question shows as Luca on the CPUz authentication screen. The Phenom II X4 965 was clocked to a speed of 6095.48MHz (221.65MHz x 27.5) and a voltage of 1.864 according to CPUz Luca also used the onboard VGA for this along with 1 GB of Kinston DDR3 1800.
Of course this was not your stock OC as LN2 (liquid nitrogen) was used to keep everything cool.
