The thing has a 7-inch touchscreen that uses resistive technology. A capacitive version of the device is said to be coming too. Other features include 512MB of RAM, 512MB of ROM, 4GB of storage, and 2G/3G radios. The machine also sports WiFi, Bluetooth, and a 1.3MP front-facing camera.
A microSD card slot will allow for expansion and the tablet uses an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, and more. Engadget went hands on with a prototype device using Android 2.0. The tablet is aiming for a price of $249 when it launches and we can expect more info to come out of CES.
