At a launch event in Beijing on Jan 20, ViewSonic showed off its new Android powered tablet, VTablet101.

Featuring a 1GHz ARM Cortex-A9 SMP processor running on NVIDIA's Tegra T20 chipset to handle graphics-intensive tasks, it also sports an 8.9-inch LVDS display with a resolution of 1024x800 and includes a front positioned camera, 4GB of flash storage, WiFi, Bluetooth and 3G connectivity via the use of an external 3G modem.

ViewSonic has said the retail price will be 3000 Yuan ($440 USD), but as to when it'll show up on the market, we're not sure yet.
