We have held onto this news for a little while now, but today we can share news with you all that a new Taiwanese based tech company is bursting onto the scene called BitFenix. The company is making bold claims when it comes to the gaming hardware and peripherals products that it soon intends to bring onto the market.
The folks over at BitFenix, who have been in this industry for years (even as far back as the ABIT days of the past when it was at its best), make bold claims that it will not deliver so-called "me-too" type products and bring out innovative products that draw directly on the design experience of its staff, who have been doing this type of thing for a while now. There is an introduction video below that shows the mentality of BitFenix. Damn, they seem really competitive!
David Jarlestedt, BitFenix Product Manager, said "The time has come for true innovation to hit the scene, and I believe we have the experience and know-how to make it happen. And because a product's form is almost as important as its function, BitFenix products will be crafted to look as good as they work. We are driven to deliver some groundbreaking products, and along with the feedback from the community, I believe our upcoming designs will really cause people to do a double-take."
David Jarlestedt? Haven't we heard that name before? Oh right, he was one of the head designers for CM Storm, which is Cooler Master's gaming product division.
BitFenix has told us in person that they should have some early samples for us to look at next month, so you can bet we will be the first on the scene at their office here in Taipei to see what they have come up with and if their products are actually all that and more, which is claimed. We are looking forward to seeing BitFenix spice things up in the market of cases, mice, keyboards and more - especially as this market is heating up with many big companies deciding to focus more on the gamer in the past couple years.
The official press announcement introducing BitFenix can be located here.
