Creative Labs is in the news today over their acquisition of 3Dlabs. 3Dlabs are a worldwide leader in ultra high-end professional graphics.
The deal is to be done in cash and shares totaling around US$103.7 million and more details can be found on Creative's Press Release for those interested.
