HP has just rolled out a few new value positioned widescreen LCD monitors to market for the home/office user which include the 20-inch S2031, 21.5-inch S2231 and 23-inch S2331. The two larger panels run full-HD resolutions of 1920x1080 with a max brightless level of 300 cd/m2, whilst the little 20-inch sibling runs at up to 1600x900 - 250 cd/m2.

Consistent specs between these three new budget monitors include a 15000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, 5ms response time and both DVI and D-Sub connectivity.

The little S2031 will set you back $150, whilst the S2231 and S2331 come in at $175 and $200, respectively.
