ViewSonic launch new ULV Mini PC - VOT125

By: (more) | Computer Systems News | Posted: May 18, 2010 5:12 pm

We first saw this tidy little mini PC at CES earlier in the year and now ViewSonic has announced that it is available for pre-order starting at $499 U.S.

The VOT125 PC Mini uses a compact 1.5" by 5.1" by 4.5" shiny black chassis and has good enough specs for basic home and office tasks. It is an Intel ultra-low voltage powered unit with CPU options starting at the entry level Celeron SU743 or SU2300, or for additional cost you can go with a Pentium SU4100 or Core 2 Duo SU7300.

The unit comes with 2GB of RAM, a 250GB hdd, Ethernet, WiFi, DVI and HDMI connectivity as well as a 3-in-1 card reader. ViewSonic ships it with Windows 7 Home Premium pre-installed.
