Super Talent dishes up TeraDrive CT SF powered SSDs

Jumping in with the trend, Super Talent has brought out its new TeraDrive CT series of solid state drives to play that also use the proven SandForce SF-1200 series controller.

 

This new series comprises the Extended level variants with slightly larger capacities across the board at 60, 120, 240 and 480GB.

 

 

Super Talent gives comparable read and write rates to other SSD makers SF line-ups of 285MB/sec and 275MB/sec, respectively.

 

The TeraDrive CT series has built-in Garbage collection, TRIM support and an MTBF of over 1 million hours. Recommended pricing of the 60, 120 and 240GB models comes in at $199, $349 and $669, respectively.
