Nokia preparing ARM-based tablet

Digitimes Research has reported that Nokia is planning to launch a tablet based PC sometime in late 2010. This tablet will be ARM-based, manufactured by Foxconn International Holdings out of Hong Kong, and will most likely have 7 and 9 inch variants and adopt Meego for its operating system. 100 engineering samples are reportedly already completed and ready for testing. Nokia is expected to work with their telecom carrier partners on the sales end. No photos or specs released yet, but expect the usual leaks in the weeks to come.
