Seagate claims that it is the world's first 3TB storage solution. The device has USB 2.0 connectivity by default. You can add other GoFlex adapters to allow the HDD to connect to your PC via USB 3.0 or FireWire 800.

The new drive also ships with a NTFS driver for Mac computers. The driver allows access and storage of data by Mac and Windows machines without having to reformat. The 3TB HDD is available now for $249.99.
