Verizon giving free gifts to those still waiting for the Incredible

A lot of people are still waiting, patiently or not, for their new HTC Incredibles to show up at their Verizon stores or at their front doors and still haven't received them due to the AMOLED screen shortage plaguing a lot of the new high end phones that are using them. Verizon has reportedly begun sending letters to these customers apologizing for the delay and kicking them a little bonus; a $25 USD Verizon gift card. This is a nice little gesture by the company who still doesn't have a solid date on more shipments coming; advising a possible additional seven business day delay to their previous receipt date. At least you'll be able to shopping for a case or car charger while you wait.
