Apple has been offering the super thin MacBook Air notebook for a while now. The machine is expensive and doesn't sell in a huge volume for Apple. A new rumor has surfaced that Apple is set to launch another MacBook Air model.
DigiTimes Research analyst Mingchi Kuo reports that Apple is set to launch an 11.6-inch MacBook Air notebook in the second half of this year. The new machine would reportedly be built by Quanta Computer.
The machine is said to be using Intel Core series ULV processor and be even slimmer and lighter than the original. Apple reportedly expects to ship 400,000 units in 2010.
