Apple iMac gets Core i3 power

Along with the other new products that Apple unveiled today, the iMac line gets another update. The last update for the iMac machines was last year.

 

 

The new update brings new CPUs with Core i3, i5, and i7 parts inside. Other new options include ATI Radeon discrete graphics cards. The memory card slot now ready SDXC cards and the panel used is an IPS unit. The lowest end machine starts at $1199 with a 21.5" screen, 3.06GHz Core i3 CPU, 4GB of RAM and more.

 

The 27-inch unit starts at $1699 with the same CPU, 4GB of RAM, and HD 5670 GPU. The highest-end unit is $1999 and has a 2.8GHz Core i5, 4GB of RAM, and a HD 5750 CPU.
