The executive in charge of the iPhone Mark Papermaster has left Apple. The resignation is reportedly not solely to do with the antenna issue.

According to the WSJ, Papermaster has been on the outs with Steve Jobs for several months. Sources told the WSJ that Papermaster had lost the confidence of Jobs and had not been involved in decision making for months.
