Sprint, Verizon, T-Mobile, and AT&T all slated to recieve the Galaxy Tab

By: (more) | Mobile Devices News | Posted: Sep 17, 2010 1:27 am

The Galaxy Tab has been getting a lot of hype for a few weeks now, and Samsung announced today that there will be no preference when it comes to the major U.S. mobile carriers. Sprint, AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile are all slated to receive the tablet when it comes available.

This was announced at the live Galaxy Tab event today in New York, where it was also stated that there would be a Wi-Fi only version but no 4G capable Galaxy Tab. No official pricing was released, but Samsung also stated that MTV, NBC, Universal, and Warner were onboard as partners for Samsung's Media Hub content rental service.
