Intel's AppUp store adds support for Australian users
Comment | Print | Email to a Friend | Font Size: AALast week at the Intel Developer Forum, Intel opened up the AppUp store for netbooks - but Australian users were restricted to downloading only free applications, until now.
The store now allows Australian users to purchase applications.
Currently, the most popular downloaded apps on AppUp are free - prices for paid applications start from 99C (US) to over $100.
The applications are designed to run on netbooks, so they'll run at a resolution of up to 1024x600. Any application downloaded from the AppUp store will work on any computer that uses Intel Architecture, as well as Windows 7 and MeeGo OS's.
