Windows Phone 7 will not support tethering after all

By: (more) | Mobile Devices News | Posted: Sep 25, 2010 4:02 am

It seems that Microsoft seems to be a little confused on the tethering issue when it comes to Windows Phone 7. After a rep stated yesterday that tethering would be available but the carrier's call on whether to enable it, Microsoft released an official statement that tethering is in fact not supported by WP7. Word around the campfire is it could be a possible addition in a future release, but there's no official word of this.
