Samsung Galaxy Tab, haxxing your home

By: (more) | Mobile Devices, Tablets & Phones News | Posted: Sep 28, 2010 12:56 am

Samsung have shown off a tech-demo of the Home Watcher Remote, which is dream app shown on the upcoming Galaxy Tab.

A widget on the Galaxy Tab will be able to tell the oven in your house to cook the recipe, add a timer and adjust oven temperature at the touch of the Galaxy Tab's screen - if that wasn't already good enough, it can control other items in your house - such as washing machines, dryers, TV's, stoves and vacuums.

The demo isn't guaranteed to be released to customers - but it's a glimpse of the future of home automation.

Does it mean I'll have to stop dancing around my house in my sexy lil' apron?

Here's a video demo of it:
