Mobile App of the Day: MoodAgent

By: (more) | Mobile Devices News | Posted: Sep 28, 2010 3:14 pm

Our Mobile App of the Day today is Moodagent.

Are you angry at the world and feel like rocking to the heaviest stuff in your library? Or are you trying to get that special someone "in the mood" and need tunes that will help you get there? If you can't be bothered sitting down with your music library to come up with a playlist for every occasion, let Moodagent do it for you.

Moodagent is an app that will scan your music library and put together a five to fifty song playlist for you according to your mood. It syncs with your music library and uses the user's "sliders" to decide what songs to put in your playlist. The slider let you choose from Sensual, Tender, Happy, Angry, and Tempo selections and chooses tunes according to the height of the slider. If Moodagent doesn't recognize a song, you can manually adjust the song's Moodagent settings in their profiler for desktop computers. A free version is available, or you can purchase the Pro version that does not have ads for $5.00 USD. Check it out for iPhone or Android here.
