Anyways, The server wasn't down. In actuality our host, who is owned by a major ISP where I live, had been the unlucky target of DDOS attack from within their own network. It brought down quite a few sites for a while. Everything is dandy now. Don't worry. It's unlikely that it will happen again as it is a felony to attack companies and whoever is held responsible will probably be looking at jail time...
