It took me a while before I realized that the TK-421 case for the iPhone from ThinkGeek actually had meaning other than to some arcane person within the bowels of ThinkGeek just handing out arcane product numbers. It hit me later than TK-421 was the missing Storm Trooper in Star Wars.

The case is made in a version to fir the 3GS and one to fit the iPhone 4. Both have a rotating QWERTY keyboard with hard keys that connects to the smartphone via Bluetooth.

The iPhone 3G will fit into the 3GS case, but the fact that the 3G lacks Bluetooth keyboard support means it won't work.
