ThinkGeek now shipping Electronic Music Synthesizer Shirt

By: (more) | Audio, Sound & Speakers News | Posted: Dec 2, 2010 8:02 pm

I really like ThinkGeek. The site has some of the coolest stuff for geeks including toys, stuff you can eat or eat out of and clothing. I am particularly fond of the awesome Star Wars gear that they have. I also really like the cool drum kit shirt and guitar shirt that they have offered for a while now. ThinkGeek has announced that a new shirt is now shipping that goes right along with the other playable shirts. The new shirt is called the Electronic Music Synthesizer Shirt.

The shirt is offered in sizes for adults from Small to XXL and all sell for the same $29.99. The synthesizer on the front of the shirt can actually be played and you can press up to eight different keys at one time. The instrument has five different instrument sounds you can choose from and the sound comes out of a box that looks like a speaker you wear on your belt.

That belt speaker has volume and tone knobs and gets power from four AAA batteries. The batteries are not included. The shirt has small parts and I am sure cleaning it will mean you have to remove some of the hardware inside from the inside of the shirt. You can order yours right now, and these things tend to sell out so you had better hurry. The medium is back in stock today after being out of stock yesterday.
