MSI teasing us again ahead of CES in the form of Sandy Bridge and Fusion based products

By: (more) | Computer Systems News | Posted: Jan 3, 2011 3:37 am

CES 2011, Las Vegas - MSI are pulling not just rabbits from their hats, but entire zoos of animals instead. Another tease before CES this upcoming week of some new Intel Sandy Bridge based tech as well as AMD's new Fusion based chips.

MSI are showing off their Wind Top range, based on Intel's Sandy Bridge in 24 and 22-inch builds with AMD Brazos rocking the budget 20-inch model which is also meant to sport a Blu-ray drive.

All three machines will use 1080p touchscreen displays and include USB3.0 ports - but the diamond in the rough is a new feature called Super Charger which will charge attached USB gadgets even when the system is off. It may not rock your world, but that's a handy feature if you ask me - Tim the Toolman Taylor would be ra-ra-rahing right now.
