Android 3.0 Honeycomb SDK now available to everyone
Android Developers are pleased to announce that the full SDK for Android 3.0 is now available to developers. The API's are final and people are free to develop apps using this new platform and publish them to the Android Market. The new API level is 11.

For those of you who want to view the new user and developer features, check out this link. Not only has the team released the SDK but they are also announcing the releasing updates to their SDK Tools (r10) and ADT Plugin for Eclipse (10.0.0).
