Apacer RAM big MHz down the Z68s throat
Computex Taipei 2011 - I mean absolutely no offence to Apacer here, but when I think of performance memory, they're not a company that comes to mind. Well don't they just want to tell me how wrong I am with some unreal looking kits.
Part of the Giant II series the new 4GB 2133MHz DDR kit offers fantastic speed with a 7-9-9-24-2T @ 1.65v setup. If that's not enough speed for you, or enough memory then the new ARES kit could be what you're after.
Offering 16GB of DDR3 at 2200MHz DDR with a 9-11-9-27-2T @ 1.65v setup this is just a massive amount of RAM at a massive speed. If that wasn't enough for you, though, Apacer had the kit overclocked to 2233MHz DDR at their booth on the ASUS P8Z68-V Pro board.
There's no denying that Apacer are ready to rock and roll in the high performance world with this new memory and we should hopefully be offering you a closer look at both kits in the near future.
