Chaintech 9EJL Pentium 4 APOGEE Motherboard Review

With the cheap P4 1.6A Northwood partnered with this P4 APOGEE from Chaintech, we overclocked the 1.6GHz chip up to 2.463GHz at 154MHz fsb ROCK SOLID. That's an 863MHz overclock! At that speed, it was running at 616mhz quad with the memory at 410MHz DDR. We were getting scores that were spectacular for such a combination of its price. Memory scores were the highest we have seen using DDR in our testbenches. Truly an overclocking king.More information at Octools
