Looking for a new point-and-shoot camera that can outshine the competition? Pentex's new Opti RZ18 certainly does that in at least one respect. This 16 megapixel offering is capable of a super impressive 18x optical zoom, leaps and bounds ahead when factoring in its compact stature.

The Optio RZ18 comes in three color choices; black, pearl white and metallic orange. Features wise, apart from the real standout superzooming ability, it has multiple Shake Reduction (SR) image stabilization options, 9-point autofocus, face detection, a range of special effects filters, a 3-inch LCD (with 480x320 res) and can also record video in 720p at 30FPS.
