Samsung has just launched its latest all-in-one PC to market in the US which it dubs the Series 7. It is a 23-inch sized offering that is based around the Sandy Bridge platform and runs Windows 7 Home Premium. The LED backlit, 23-inch touch-enabled display is quite thin at just 16mm, giving a native 1920x1080 resolution and can be tilted by up to 90 degrees.
Meanwhile, the base that holds all the components is quite low-profile, giving a Core i3 or i5 processor, 6 or 8GB RAM, Intel IGP, 1TB 7200RPM HDD, slot-in optical drive, 4 Watt Harman stereo speaker setup, 1.3MP webcam, Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0 and a USB 3.0 port as well as four USB 2.0 ports.
The base model will set you back $999 USD, while the higher spec'd model comes in at $1,199. The wireless keyboard and optical mouse shown in the picture is bundled with both models and they are said to become available on October 10th.
