ASUS' Eee Pad Transformer Prime hits November 9

ASUS' Transformer Prime and its heat-packing Kal-El, quad-core NVIDIA Tegra 3 chip is nearly here. By nearly here, I meant 9 days. During ASUS's Q3 earnings, it gave a sneak peak into ASUS' Eee Pad strategy, where it was confirmed that the Transformer Prime will arrive on November 9.

But, that's not all. It also revealed some details on some more bot-powered slates in Q1 of 2012. ASUS also plan to 'focus on innovation and product perfection' with the Android market. But the most interesting news is for Windows 8-based tablets.

 

ASUS confirmed we will be getting Windows 8-based tablets this time next year, with "two hero products GTM in Q3'12". Does this get you excited? Transformer Prime in just over a week, Windows 8 tablets in 2012. ASUS are smashing one ball out of the park after another! Exciting times!
