RumorTT: LG U1, LG's first Ice Cream Sandwich device?

By: (more) | Mobile Devices, Tablets & Phones News | Posted: Nov 4, 2011 5:24 am

GSM Arena have had an anonymous tip [and pics] of an upcoming LG smartphone which hasn't been announced yet. The device will reportedly do under the name LG Optimus U1 and will be LG's first handset to rock along with Google Android 4.0/Ice Cream Sandwich.

There aren't many details on the device, or an actual confirmation yet. GSM Arena think this device looks like the Korea-bound smartphone, saying that its design would make perfect sense for LG to release a smartphone named Optimus U1 there.

LG Optimus U1 is reportedly set to launch next year, which means we'll have to wait a while before we know exactly what's going on. It does look very nice though ,almost like the Galaxy S II from Samsung. I wonder if we'll see any lawsuits? Oh wait, Samsung isn't Apple.
