The photos depict a classic candybar shaped phone with a discrete array of hardware buttons in place. With it likely surfacing well into 2012, it's most probable it will be running Android Ice Cream Sandwich (4.0).

The phone is said to house a 1.5 GHz dual-core chip with a GB of RAM and a 4.3-inch (1280x720) touchscreen. There's both a front facing and rear facing (with LED flash) camera which will likely be able to record video in 1080p.
