Sennheiser intros six new budget friendly sets of headphones

Looking at picking up a new set of headphones over the xssy break? - You might be interested in one of six new pairs of headphones Sennheiser has just announced today. The new models in Sennheiser's line include the HD 219, HD 229, HD 239, HD 429, HD 439 and HD 449, all promising to deliver 'defined sound' in style.

HD 219

 

The HD 219 will set you back only $59.95 and feature closed ear cups with a padded head band for excellent comfort. For an extra $20 you can shift up to the HD 229 which include the use of powerful neodymium magnets that promise precise stereo sound output.

HD 239

 

The next step up in the $119.95 HD 239s also use the aforementioned neodymium magnets and are further refined from there, boasting a frequency response of 16 to 23,000 Hz.

HD 429

 

As for the HD 429, HD 439 and HD 449 at price points of $79.95, $99.95 and $119.95 respectively, these are all built with a closed-back design, The HD 429's highlights include the tangle-free single sided cable with replaceable leatherette ear cushions as well as the inclusion of a 1/4-inch adapter in the box.

 

The HD 439 has plush, breathable earpads with neodymium magnets and its cable can be exchanged to suit home stereo systems or portable devices.

And finally, there's the HD 449 which gives enhanced noise isolation and comes with a storage pouch.
