Sure, back when Battlefield 2 was out, the graphics were great... but a smartphone or tablet could do that now.
How does Frostbite 2 help? Well, a lot is an understatement. The video flicks between BF2 and BF3 and the differences are just mind blowing. It's not subtle, it's huge. Colors, particle effects, destruction, animation, body detail, gun detail, the atmosphere of the game is completely different.
Am I excited? Well, think of a little kid at Christmas and then multiply that by eleventy trillion.
