Google Docs for Android updated, now lets you collaborate and edit, anywhere
Google Docs, for me at least, is a truly amazing thing. I can edit my documents on-the-go, create lists, and share them, and more. Today, GOogle have updated the Google Docs for Android app, where they've baked in the same features we all know and love from the desktop, to your smartphone and tablets.
The collaborative experience has been pushed into the mobile app, which now lets you see updates in real-time as others type on their computers, phones or tablets - all pushed to your Android-based device, all you have to do is tap the document to join in.
Google have also updated the interface to make it easier to work with documents on-the-go. With the updated Google Docs for Android app, you can now pinch to zoom and focus on a specific paragraph of text, or alternatively, see the whole document at a glace. Google have also added in rich text formatting so you can do things like quick bullet list, add color to documents, or just both something important.
