AMD said to be baking GPUs into PlayStation 4
We all know Sony is working on their next-generation console, the PlayStation 4. They may deny it, not talk about it, or completely refuse to even acknowledge its existence, but we're not fools. According to a Forbes article, an ex-AMD employee says that Sony are working on an "as-yet-announced new gaming consoles", and AMD might play a key role in the product.

AMD already have their goodies in the Xbox 360, and are also the GPU providers for the upcoming next-generation Xbox, as well as the Nintendo Wii U. So far, and not surprisingly, AMD have declined to comment, and so has Sony's Chief Transformation Officer George Bailey declined to firstly, talk about it, and secondly, even acknowledge its presence.
We do have a very small nugget of information here: at AMD's analyst day last month, AMD's Chief Financial Officer Thomas Seifert said that gaming will be one of the "several trends" that will drive revenue growth at AMD in 2012.
