Slipstreaming, the next best thing since Sliced Bread

By: (more) | Video Cards News | Posted: Sep 3, 2002 2:28 am

All I seem to be hearing about of late is slipstreaming this and that. Anyway, with the release of Windows XP SP1 the guys over at Liquid Ninjas (don't ask) have posted a short guide with lots of pictures showing how to slipstream XPSP1 with Windows XP.

Slipstreaming is the Integration of a Service Pack into the install so that the Operation System and the Service Pack will be installed at the same time. Now this is great until you realize you can't just burn the new files onto another CD and retain the ability to boot from CD.
