Access your Google Docs files directly on your computer thanks to IDrive Connect

By: (more) | Software News | Posted: Apr 5, 2012 5:37 pm

A new piece of software from IDrive Online Backup syncs your Google Docs onto a virtual folder on your computer in a DropBox-esque way. The software has drag-and-drop capabilities, sharing, and conversion built in. You can even save the documents into your existing IDrive account which gives you 5GB of free storage.

The best part of this is that the software is free. That's one thing I can never resist: free software. This way, if it doesn't work as advertised, I'm not out any money. It's available for both Home and Server versions of Windows, Mac OSx, iOS, and Android. Time for me to go check this out!
