Max Payne 3 - Bullet Time trailer

By: (more) | Gaming News | Posted: Apr 13, 2012 3:06 am

Max Payne 3 is nearly upon us, and today the developers have decided to tease us with a new trailer showing off Max's signature Bullet Time. If you're not aware, Max can enter Bullet Time, which is exactly the same type of thing that was featured in not only the movie The Matrix, but the previous two Max Payne titles.

The trailer shows off various methods of using it, with various different styles of moves, and guns being used whilst in the slow-mo glory. The new trailer doesn't show off too much of the game, but we do get to see some of the environments, etc.

I do wish that we could get a demo of the game first, especially since it was a PC-exclusive with the original two games and only hit consoles a few years later. This new game looks OK, but not mind-blowing. This doesn't mean I'm not excited for it. But, because I'm based in Australia, I have to wait until June 2 to buy it, and at AUD$90, too. Bit of a slow-mo kick to the balls if you ask me.
