"Even if you are not a FPS gamer, UT2K3 has something else going for it and that will be its VidCard benchmarking capabilities. We always like using real games as benchmarks, those being the ones being played by thousands of people, instead of synthetic tests whenever possible. The problem lately has been that there aren't many games that really take advantage of the hardware and technology that is available to us. Sure there are some great games out there, but when you're testing new cards such as the Radeon 9700 PRO, all those Quake 3 engine based games just can't show us what these cards can really do... Unreal Tournament 2003 is the best we have to date. Its new engine is very advanced when compared with the rest of the pack."
